Meet Our Helpdesk Team

How long have you been working with the Socrates Helpdesk Team?

I joined the Socrates helpdesk team in April 2011.

What do you like most about working at Socrates?
Here at Socrates we havea strong customer-driven focus. Working as part of a team who's essence is customer-driven quality helps to exceed all our users expectations for support. It's a rewarding experience dealing with satisfied customers and also knowing the work you do every day is keeping them satisfied.

What one tip or piece of advice would you offer regarding use of Socrates in a typical practice?
My tip for using Socrates would be to try and ensure all your HCPs are using the ICPC-2 or ICD-10 codes available within the Notes section of Socrates. This makes life much easier when you are required to submit annual disease audits.
