Many Gardiner Angus Ranch customers share our common philosophy regarding beef production. Those customers are professional cow-calf producers allied, not only with the GAR philosophy, but committed to the discipline required to produce seedstock with added value throughout the food chain. As the beef industry makes scientific progress through the development of molecular breeding values and marker assisted EPDs, Gardiner Angus Ranch and its Allied Producers will aggressively use the data to develop new and better programs, offer more services and continue producing superior Angus genetics. J3 Ranch Customer Communications Pay Dividends We all know breeding and selling seedstock is only half the equation for success. Providing a perpetual educational resource to your customers is, arguably, the most important part of the equation. California Angus breeder and GAR Allied Producer, Dale Jackson, gets it! Jackson takes advantage of the Certified Angus Beef publication, Best Practices Manual, to provide valuable information to his customers. Using the BPM, Jackson helps his customers understand the genetic potential of their cattle and the value of premiums associated with higher grading cattle.
The BPM is free and an excellent opportunity to provide sound, science-base information to our customers.

GAR Classy Lena Qualifies For World Championship Competition Breeding and raising working Quarter Horses is nothing new for Gardiner Angus Ranch. In fact, the GAR Remuda dates back almost a century and has a history for both speed, cowsense and ranching. Recently, GAR Classy Lena, by Shiners Lena Doc and WYO Classy Blue, qualified and competed in both the heading and heeling at the 2009 AQHA World Championship Show in Oklahoma City, OK. Classy Lena, trained by Darren Lawley, Gainesville, TX, also earned her Register of Merit (ROM) in both the heading and heeling. Lena will earn her "feed" working at GAR, before entering the broodmare band. Four, ranch-raised, registered Quarter Horses sell in our 31st Annual Production Sale, April 3. For more information about the GAR Remuda, click here.
