A 1955 DeSoto just became a surprise addition to the fantastic collection of items to be auctioned at "Vintage 3" this Thursday! This classic beauty was donated by the estate of dedicated YWCA supporter Mr. Lee O. Rockwell and will be finding a new home Thursday. Bidding starts at just $500 with no reserve!
Description: 1955 DeSoto Fireflight model S-21 4-door sedan. 92,945 miles in overall fair condition. Has a two-tone spearmint green and cream exterior with a maroon interior. V-8 engine with Powerflite transmission. VIN # 50344379.
The live auction of this car will begin at 7:30 pm immediately after the silent art auction concludes (click here for a sneak preview of some of the featured artwork). A minimum $25 donation is requested and can be pre-registered online or paid at the door. All proceeds from Vintage 3 will benefit the YWCA's social service programs and will be matched dollar for dollar through the $2 Million Challenge campaign.
