PHOTOGRAPHY AND DIGITAL DOCUMENTARY

BY STEPHANIE C. ROBERTS

Greetings!

I hope you're curious at this moment. I know it's not easy to carve out time to let yourself sink into images and stories when there's likely more than a few emails in your inbox. I appreciate your eyes on this letter and hope an image or a phrase within view stirs your own creativity in some way.

In my last letter, I told you about my hope to teach documentary photography to children in impoverished regions, including Koseli School students I met in Kathmandu last summer. Since then, I've established Lens on Life, a non-profit organization, with a supportive and dedicated board of directors to make it happen. In April, Jen Lemen and I will execute our first program in Nepal. We are seeking 100 special individuals to join our Founders Circle and I hope you will be one of them.

As for LittlePurpleCow Productions, my documentary photography work for business and media clients continues to fuel my passion (and make the non-profit work possible). Let me know how I can help you share your story.

With gratitude,
Stephanie Roberts

iPhoneography Journal

"One Life in Motion" is my iPhoneography site. Like a sketchpad, it's intended to be loose and experimental. Like a journal, it's a daily practice.
