New Today
From Pattie Perrigan: We recently prayed for her friend, Lynn:
31Mar: I just got a call from Lynn ; her doctor called her @ 8:00 last night and wanted her to come to the hospital this morning @ 10 for a few hours. What is happening is that when she went to the doctor on Thursday, they were planning to do the surgery to close the hole in her lung because it is not closing on its own. She also took a CAT scan that day, the CAT scan was the reason for the call last night, her lung is so much better in condition other than the hole, the doctor thinks that the hole may not be able to heal as long as the tube is in her lung keeping it inflated. She will have the tube clamped off for a few hours today and if her lung stays inflated, they will remove the chest tube today!! This will give her lung a chance to heal the hole without the tube; they hope it will close then on it's own without surgery! Please pray for her to do well today and for her lung to stay up, and for her continued healing; she is doing so much better, and if she can get rid of this tube it will be so much easier for her to move around and walk. God has really blessed her, and she is very aware of that fact. She knows she is still here only because of the grace of God! I praise Him for this healing miracle He has already performed in her! Thank you for your prayers and lifting her up to Him. Also my granddaughter Madison (age 11) had a lot of tests run last Thursday, she has been having a lot of stomach trouble since around Christmas and it is not getting better. She has been to a couple of doctors, and has had x-rays and CAT scans; but on Thursday she saw a children's Gastro-intestinal specialist. Please pray that they will be able to detect the cause of her pain and she will be healed of it. This is a daily thing for her - being in pain in her stomach area, it is very hard on her little body, and just daily life activities. Thank you again for lifting Madison up to the Lord for healing. God Bless, Pattie

Updates and Current Requests:
Colleen Coffman: Update 29Mar: Colleen is somewhat better. The doctor gave her a steriod shot today (Sunday) and ordered a nebulizer breathing treatment machine to be delivered to their home. They want to give the oral antibiotics more time to do their work but there does seem to be improvement. She is past the flu...the headache and fever. Hopefully she'll be feeling much better soon.

From Nancy Kemp: Update 31Mar: Mom is home and resting. She has Emphasema; and is malnutritioned. Gordon had to return home for work, but Mike is able to stay a few more days with them. The hospital believes she needs 'assisted living home placement' - But, that is unacceptable to us (WE; "Gordon and I" want them to move in with us!). Please pray that "Gods WILL" for our parents be made clear to us; that olny their best interest be formost in everyones mind; and that the family will understand and abide by whatever decisions are made. Nancy

Gordon's father is just recovering from pneumonia, but refuses to leave the hospital to get some rest (they have been married 68 years). Pray for healing in both; and for Gordon's flight there to be a safe one. Our son's (Big Mike and Michael B.) are there with them; and also need some rest. Please Pray that God's wisdom touches the hearts and minds of our family as we must make some important decisions effecting their health, safety and happiness in and for the future. Many blessing; Thank you, Nancy Kemp
