Greetings!
It's been a while since I've been in touch, I know. Some of you have been asking, "Where is my eZine?!" I'm running a bit late this month so I'm rushing to get this issue in before Thanksgiving... It's been a very busy fall here at Delicious Health getting ready for all the fabulous new programs I'm launching in 2010. I'm not quite ready to share all the details, but as subscribers to my eZine, you'll be the first to find out! Like now. Go ahead and get a sneak peak into the real-food, no-hunger-allowed, guided Delicious Cleanse I'll be launching in January by clicking here. If you sign up for notification by Nov 30th, you'll get a special invitation for VIP pricing coming soon. You'll also get the F*R*E*E 7 Weekly Tips on How NOT to Gain Weight Over the Holidays. I'm not offering this pricing or these tips any other way. Trust me, after all the holiday munching, you'll wish you'd gotten in from the beginning! Oh, and by checking out the Delicious Cleanse page, you'll see my first video ever. Awwwww! =) It was fun making it. I talk about The 3 Reasons Why I Find Cleanses Annoying & Alarming.Speaking of holiday munching, check out this month's feature article: Gobble Gobble... Or Not? I share my thoughts on eating yourself silly over the holidays and whether that's ok... or not. You may be surprised. This month's recipe is a classic: Stuffed Acorn Squash. I just made it for my parents last night. Wild rice, pecans, cherries, oh my! It's super healthy, delicious, easy to make, and impressive when served to friends and family, not to mention a perfectly colorful, seasonal holiday dish. Really - what more could you want?
I hope you enjoy your Byte. If you change your mind, you may unsubscribe at any time by scrolling to the very bottom of this page and clicking on the unsubscribe link. Until next time, Happy Thanksgiving and be deliciously healthy!

A few tips for you this month:
* If you have an iPhone, download the f*r*e*e Whole Foods app. Get recipes screened for food allergies or by what's already in your pantry, AND the shopping list to take with you to the store. Very cool.
* If you've been wanting to explore eating gluten-f*ree, check out this delicious blog by the Gluten F*ree Goddess, Karina, with tons of recipes to get you started. Why would you want to go gluten-f*ree? To see if it's a hidden food allergy or intolerance for you. More and more people are becoming gluten intolerant due to several reasons (I'm planning on sharing a new video with you soon talking more about this). Or you can also...
* Sign up to get more information about my upcoming Delicious Cleanse. It's going to be a revolutionary cleanse - easy, delicious, sustainable - that will lighten you up AND teach you about your hidden food reactions that may be dragging you down and compromising your health in ways you would never have imagined. Click here for more info. Oops, that's more than I wanted to share right now... But you get the idea - there's some great stuff coming your way!
Alrighty. That's it for this month. Stay tuned for December's newsletter, and have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
