The Gift of Wonder & Adventure
Geocaching is a gift that will be opened again and again -with every geocaching adventure!
If you are a cacher already then you know what we are talking about. However, have you shared your geocaching adventures with your family and friends far and wide yet? The holiday season is the perfect time to introduce family and friends to geocaching. Whether they are life long adventure addicts, considering their first outdoor
expedition, or complete Muggles (a person that does not geocache, and most likely has never heard of it), geocaching is a fantastic way to
explore the outdoors. Geocaching is effectively a treasure hunt, which
participation requires a GPS (Global Positioning System). You can look up a list of caches (hidden
containers) online, find a cache in your area, enter the coordinates
into your GPS, and then follow the directions to the cache! We have many fun items to help you and yours to get started geocaching, such as:
Enjoy and Season's Greetings!

Cache Advance In The News
Cache Advance was recently featured in the Spokesman Review Newspaper. It was a fun article on unusual Christmas Gifts:
"Spokane-based geocaching retailer Cache Advance offers gift certificates for classes in how to be a geocacher.
Owner Lisa Breitenfeldt leads the classes and explains how cachers
use handheld GPS devices to hunt down hidden items, using clues and
other ground-tracking techniques. Her next class will start Jan. 23 and
involves classroom instruction followed by field practice, said
Breitenfeldt. People can buy certificates at cache-advance.com." Wow did our phone ring off the hook after this came out! It is always great to see geocaching in the news, and we couldn't have asked for a better article.
