Operation Keep Safe

In response to numerous complaints from citizens, and to reduce vandalism, underage and other dangerous behavior, the Haverford Township Police Department has created "Operation Keep Safe." This program is a multi-faceted approach utilizing education and prevention strategies to reduce underage and dangerous drinking and quality of life issues within the Township. As a part of Operation Keep Safe, the department will utilize a newly created enforcement program, P.L.E.A.S.E. (Problematic Location Enforcement And Site Evaluation), which will use two officers specifically trained in the area of underage and dangerous drinking. The department will use roving patrols and saturation enforcement to target predetermined problem areas.

Residents with questions or concerns may contact Sergeant Michael Glenn of the Haverford Township Police Department Community Policing Unit at 610-853-1298 ext 224, or send an email to mglenn@haverfordpolice.org.
