 Yesterday's BIZ BASH at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center DAZZLED thousands of event planners : The settings & exhibits were OUTSTANDING - The Taste of the Design District showcased Ken Lyon of Fratelli Lyon & Michelle Bernstein of Sra Martinez - both adding a Catering component to their Resto business. Chaired by Chef Allen - who celebrates his 25th year in Aventura - designated the proceeds to Japan's Disaster Relief, the reception begins with sushi - sashimi - and sake. The 4-course dinner featured seared scallop w/ foie gras and pan-seared cobia w/ farro. Celebity Chef and Food Network Star Ingrid Hoffman M C'd  w/ culinary presentations by Nobu's Thomas Buckley - Andre Bienvenue of Joe's Stone Crabs - Bourbon Steak's Gabriel Fenton - Doug Rodriguez and Abe Ng of Sushi Maki.  

With Sake and Wines donated by Southern Wine & Spirits, the All-Inclusive Ticket was $ 150. 305 935.2900.
