Tips and Tricks to Make Life Easier
It's easier to be lazy when you're organized.

Here are 4 quick monthly tips from me, Molly Boren

I hope they make your life a little easier. 

Remember: if it takes 2 minutes or less, do it now. 
That is, read this now and then file or delete it.

DO

Do Find

I will admit to misplacing my cell phone from time to time. I call it from another phone, but I have no land line...what to do? The phone might just stay lost if it weren't for the ingenius WheresMyCellPhone.com. Just enter your number & listen for the ring. Elegantly simple -- & as we know, simplicity works.

DON'T

Don't Go Vertical
Normally I'm all for making the most of vertical space, but too often vertical desk "organizers" bury what they're meant to organize. Deep & opaque, it's too easy to toss in office supplies (& other things: cash, jewelry) & then forget about them. Instead, use a pencil cup & drawers or a box for supplies. Surplus goes elsewhere.
GET

Get Hooked
Another simple & elegant solution: these hooks attach to the back of most front car seats & are the perfect place for shopping bags (empty & ready to use, or full & ready to take inside), kids' backbacks (one client loves that her son can reach his bag from his carseat), or anything else you don't want flying around.
GIVE

Give for Orphans
Two dedicated ladies, Chanel & Carisse Gaude, will travel to volunteer at a Nepalese orphanage this fall & are collecting donations for kids' medicine, clothes, "bubbles, posters, chalk, toys, & any other things we can get our hands on that will make them smile." The next best thing to tagging along is to donate!
