| Tips and Tricks to Make Life Easier
It's easier to be lazy when you're organized. |
| Here are 4 quick monthly tips from me, Molly Boren
of Simplicity Works Home + Office Organizing Services.
I hope they make your life a little easier.
Remember: if it takes 2 minutes or less, do it now. That is, read this now and then file or delete it. How ironic if it were to become e-clutter! |

DO |
| |
Do Filter
You may want to receive emails from stores, daily deal sites, news outlets, etc., but you DON'T have to be at their mercy, with those emails screaming at you from your inbox. (Reserve your inbox for real messages from real people.) Invest 5 minutes & learn to automatically filter them into a folder other than your inbox. |
 |
DON'T
|
| |
Don't Over-"To Do"
Don't keep more than 1 to-do list, or possibly 2: a master & today's list. Lots of lists cause anxiety; when you're working on 1 you worry there's a more important task on another. Consolidation is the name of the game. And beware of to-do lists in disguise, e.g., stacks of papers requiring action, or a full email inbox. |

GIVE |
| |
Give a Net, Save a Life
This tip comes from People Magazine, of all places -- Mandy Moore supports the UN Foundation's Nothing But Nets campaign & went to Cameroon to highlight malaria as that country's #1 killer. A mosquito net saves lives & costs just $10 to purchase & deliver with education for use. Donate or start a team to raise funds. |
