Do Grab an Egg Timer
Yes an egg timer, or your phone or other timing device. Set it for 15 min when you're at your computer and drifting into a work (or Us Weekly) zone that might persuade you to lose track of time. When the buzzer buzzes, your awareness will return. You'll be able to make a conscious decision to stay in the zone or not. |

Don't Clip Coupons They're tempting, but think about whether a) you actually use them, b) you actually use them on things your really need, and c) whether you're willing to take the time to learn how to use them effectively. If the answers are no, no, and no, put down the scissors. If you find one you know you'll use, tuck it into your wallet. |
