Marketing Tip:
When it comes to effectively communicating your message, sometimes simplicity is the key. When working out a tagline, service name or product line, be careful to steer away from internal nomenclatures or things that only have meaning to you or those within your company. The idea is to make it easy for your customer to understand without having to stretch for the meaning. The message needs to be clear and straightforward in order to be truly effective. |

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT:
Introducing Our New Cem-Rez Line!!
--------------------------------------------------------------- |
APF announces our new Cem-Rez product line. This family of products is one of the most complete concrete resurfacing lines available on the market today and offers the ultimate combination of beauty, durability and design freedom. Special latex polymer modifiers produce a versatile cementious material with improved strength, adhesion and flexibility over conventional concrete. The material can be troweled, sprayed or stamped to produce finishes with endless color and texture possibilities. Cem-Rez products can even be used to create convincing simulations of brick, tile or stone.
As part of this family of products, we are proud to announce Cem-Rez (HT). This innovative material transcends traditional micro toppings because it can be installed in one application and can be troweled multiple times. This allows for a truly unique finish.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE CORNER:
OSHA Regulations & Your Business Being aware of OSHA Regulations can not only be beneficial to your business but be beneficial to you, your employee and your bottom line. We at APF are dedicated to adhering to environmental and OSHA regulations both Federal and State. In our newsletter we want to raise your awareness of the immediate requirements that impact your business. Each day thousands of companies are fined for OSHA violations. Whether you are functioning in an office environment or in the field, OSHA regulations apply to you. If your employee is injured due to your negligence to follow OSHA regulations you are responsible. This also means that although you provide the necessary equipment for the safety of your employee, you are negligent if you do not monitor and impose the use of such equipment when your employee is in need of using the safety equipment provided. We strongly suggest that you visit the www.osha.gov. Here you will find all of the OSHA regulations. We encourage you to become familiar with all of the sub-chapters in regulation 1926. In each subsequent newsletter we will be focused on a specific regulation. We will also include hazardous communications, how to read an MSDS, handling and proper storage of hazardous materials.
