FAIRVIEW TOWNHOME FINALLY SELLS AFTER IT'S PAINTED & STAGED

After The homeowners of this Fairview townhome were stressed and feeling overwhelmed. They had been trying to sell their townhome since early September with no luck, and to make matters worse, they just purchased a new townhouse. Carrying 2 mortgages isn't something any home owner wants to face. The realtor called us to stage the now empty space & we were able to convince the home owners to paint throughout, brightening up the dark, tired & dated space. It was listed at $539,900 and after the first open house they received an offer & accepted a price of $532,000. Staging can make the difference!! |
