WEST SIDE HOME SELLS QUICKLY

Suze Interiors staged this beautiful brand new home 2 weeks ago, & it sold 6 days later for approx. $85,000 more than my client was asking.

To get these results, you don't need to stage the entire home, it isn't necessary. The idea is to allow buyers to see & feel what it would be like to live in the home. The entire main floor is very important, as it is the first impression that the buyer has. It is not as important to do the basement (we didn't touch the lower level in this home) Upstairs, we did the master bedroom, office area & bathrooms. The additional 2 bedrooms were left empty, as we didn't feel it was necessary to spend the money.

It's about taking the guess work out of the buyers minds & bringing "life" to the space.

UGLIEST OFFICE CONTEST -
"THE TRANSFORMATION"

Suze Interiors partnered with Christa Wagner from Savvy Solutions Organizing and Trevor Attwood from North Van Painters to transform this office space.

Ryan McKee submitted an entry on behalf of his wife Elyssa, as he knew the difficulties she faced on a daily basis.  As the chosen winner, Elyssa was entitled to: an initial complimentary consultation with Savvy Solutions & Suze Interiors; shopping for new office furniture & accessories; colour consultation; & a freshly painted office by North Van Painters. The only cost to the client were the hard costs of the paint & furniture. (all of our time was donated)

Trying to be productive in a cluttered space is not only difficult, but it is very very stressful.
Our goal was to make Elyssa's space attractive and well organized. Christa set up a filing system that is virtually fool proof, and we gave Elyssa a space that she wanted to be described as calming, yet inspiring.

Elyssa was thrilled with the results of our transformation when she arrived home from her business trip one week later......................

STRUGGLING FAMILIES NEED OUR HELP

This request comes on behalf of the HomeStart Foundation, a lower mainland charity that furnishes the homes of disadvantaged families.
This charity started in 2003, and now has a 1200 sq ft warehouse, a delivery truck, 4 full-time staff and numerous volunteers. It has furnished 163 homes so far this year.
With our current economy, they have received a 25% increase in inquiries over last year, quite staggering.
Currently, they have plenty of donated furniture to get families set up in their new apartments, but they are in deperate need of cash. It only takes about $260 to furnish a home, but it is often difficult for them to scrape that together.
If you or anyone you know are able to make any kind of financial contribution, I know they would be forever grateful.
