Hard to imagine marketing this condo as a two bedroom, when one of the bedrooms hardly had space to move. The client was more than willing to transport all of the clutter into storage until they moved into their new home.
Now a pretty bedroom, the realtor was able to comfortably increase the asking price and list it as an obvious two bedroom, eliminating prospective buyers need to use their much needed imagination.
The great news is that it sold for the price they wanted within a very short time frame.
