Converting One Bedroom Condo into One Bedroom & Office
Before After
This one bedroom downtown condo had one bedroom & one very cluttered walk in storage area. We removed everything & converted it into an office space.
The condo was then listed as a one bedroom & den and the results were extremely favorable, here is what the client had to say......................... "SuZe is amazing! Tip of the Month
"Staging the Closet"
Most of the clothes & items you don't need on a regular basis, should be packed & put into storage, so the closets look roomy. Edit mercilessly. The shoes need to be removed off the floor, the laundry needs to disappear and the clutter gone! Keep closet doors closed, but ensure the doors open freely without catching on the carpet.
- Buyers will be impressed if the closets are staged with pretty hangers & lots of space, space, space!
- Buyers will be unimpressed if they open the closet door & it triggers an avalanche.
