Transforming Downtown Condo
BEFORE
This 2 bedroom condo, situated in a trendy building downtown Vancouver, wasn't going to appeal to the young professional market as it was.This space was in great need of an update, if the homeowner was going to get the return on investment that he hoped for......................the transformation began.
We removed the carpet, gave the space a fresh coat of paint, installed beautiful engineered hardwood flooring, updated the light fixture and added contemporary furniture and accessories. The space was now bright and spacious and had a real "downtown" feel, appealing to a much broader market. |

"Exterior Painting"
What colour is your home? The exterior of a home is the first impression that a buyer has. It should be warm and inviting, drawing the buyers inside. Painting the exterior soft neutral colours is great, such as cream, beige, light gray or soft yellow. Painting the home a dark colour will only make the home appear smaller.
Add a spash of colour with planters filled with bright beautiful flowers and greenery. Make that first impression memorable!
