Farfalle or Bow Ties?
 
Bow Ties, Farfalle ("Butterflies") - Bow Ties brighten any meal with their interesting shape. Thick enough for a variety of sauces, or a perfect addition to a number of  salad or soup recipes.
 
Culinary historians believe farfalle pasta originated in Northern Italy in the 1500s.

(from left) our Farfalle or "square bow-tie", medium Whole Wheat bow-tie and plain bow-tie.  This pasta is stamped and available in many sizes and variations including egg/no-egg, whole wheat, ultra-grain and more.  The smaller variety are perfect in soups like Minestrone.
