Radiatore
"Radiators" - short chunky pieces of pasta with ridges; forms a shape that resembles a radiator grill.  This shape grips sauce and cheese, and is easier to eat than long spaghetti - making it a kid favorite.

Radiatore may be 3-Vane or 4-Vane referring to the number of "grills" or "ruffles"  on the piece.  Create a unique product by mixing vegetable powder with the pasta dough to create vibrant colors and added nutrients.
