Pull My Pork Rub
Our number two seller is the "Pull My Pork Rub". It's a rub just for pulled pork. Slow and low is the way to go. This recipe is delicious and extremely versatile. Serve as a roast, with or without barbecue sauce. Roast it in the oven on a covered grill or in a smoker. It will make about fourteen sandwiches, depending on the size of the roll, or serve six to eight people as is. Paprika, garlic, onion, brown sugar, kosher salt and mustard powder mixed together to create a Southern home flavor. This rub tastes great on pork chops and ribs, too.

Pull My Pork Rub Recipe:
Slow & low, oven roasted pulled pork!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of pull my pork rub! per pound of roast
1 (5 to 7 pound) pork roast, preferably shoulder or Boston butt
1/2 cup of your favorite bbq sauce (optional)
Directions:
* Rub rub the pull my pork rub! all over the pork roast, patting with your hand to help it adhere. Let pork marinate for as long as you have time for, as little as 4 hours or up to 48 hours (suggested), covered in the refrigerator.
*Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
*Put the pork in a roasting pan and tent loosely with foil if you like the meat soft and tender. Do not tent with foil if you like the roast to have a crispy exterior.
*Bake for about 6 hours, depending on size of roast. Be sure to check on the roast every hour after the 4th hour. Basically, roast the pork until it's falling apart.
*Remove the pork roast from the oven and transfer to a large platter. Allow the meat to rest for about 10 minutes before pulling. While still warm, take 2 forks and "pull" the meat to form shreds. Using 2 forks, shred the pork by steadying the meat with 1 fork and pulling it away with the other. Discard the bone and excess fat. Put the shredded pork in a bowl. Pour some BBQ sauce on the shredded pork and mix well to coat.

ENJOY!
