Add Lavender For New Twist on Old Favorites
Culinary Lavendar We are introducing lavender sea salt, culinary lavender sugar, and ground cilinary lavender.  Grown in the hills of Santa Cruz, California, lavender is enjoyed because of its fragrance and versatility. It lends itself beautifully in recipes that call for aromatic spices such as cinnamon, cloves, aniseed or allspice.

Use the salt as a rub on meat, toss with steamed veggies or sprinkle on popcorn
You might even try rimming a margarita glass to add some flare!

You can replace all or part of your white sugar with the lavender sugar in your favorite recipes. Sprinkle it on sugar cookies, muffins and cakes just before baking for a lovely effervescence and enhance a glass of lemonade or iced tea.

Use the ground lavender in place of or paired with "sister herbs" oregano, basil, thyme, sage and rosemary.  Add it to soups, stews, sauces, gravies, roasted potatoes, preserves and even home made ice cream!
Lavender Brownies, Cookies and Tea
Lavender Cookie Mix Don't miss these delectable lavender infused mixes.  Chocolate lovers will enjoy a classic chocolaty brownie with a hint of lavender.  The cookie mix is an old fashioned butter cookie paired with wild lavender for a uniquely delicious, aromatic cookie.  Simply add wet ingredients and you have a special homemade treat for you and your family.

Thinking of what you sip as you savor your lavender cookie?  How about the lavender tisane herbal tea blend?  Made of sweet lavender combined with lemon verbena, lemon balm, lemon grass, peppermint and spearmint make a soothing cup of hot or cold tea.

Stop in and see what we have availble to tempt your tastebuds!
