Peppertree Ups Investment in Horvath Towers
In a vote of confidence, Peppertree Capital Fund has increased its equity commitment to Horvath Towers by $20 million. Along with existing equity and debt financing, the total funds invested in Horvath come to $56 million. At $200,000 a pop, the investment will fund the construction of 100 towers to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2011. MORE |

OCAS, a developer of audio visual warning systems technology, has filed a petition asking the FCC to permit owners and operators of antenna towers to operate advanced audio visual warning systems stations, such as the obstacle collision avoidance system, as alternatives to the "always-on" antenna structure lighting systems.
