CorningMulti-fiber Connectors
Corning's environmentally-hardened OptiTip multi-fiber connectors are able to withstand temperature extremes, vibration, dust penetration and prolonged water submersion. The connectors are designed for rapid deployment of roof-top and tower-based cellular equipment. Their optical loss levels rival traditional fusion splicing. A small footprint allows them to be installed in either open environments or ducts as tight as one inch. Components equipped with Corning's OptiTip connector are lighter, smaller and can be installed in less time than traditional optical products, making them particularly well-suited for tower environments.  www.corning.com/cablesystems
