OSHA Investigates Fall of Workers from Tower
The Occupational Health and Safety Administration has opened an investigation after two workers fell 30 feet on July 19 while being hoisted up a tower near Greeley, Colo. MORE
Court Sides with T-Mobile in Cell Site Dispute
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of T-Mobile USA on July 20 and affirmed a District Court's order that the City of Anacortes, Wash., violated the Telecom Act of 1996 when it denied a permit. In 2006, the carrier had applied for a permit to erect a tower at the Anacortes United Methodist Church (above, left). Download PDF

City Officials Order Sprint to Remove Cell Tower
Like a houseguest that overstayed its welcome, Sprint has been shown the door by a zoning board in Cincinnati, according the Cincinnati Inquirer. Officials ordered the removal of Sprint's new 90-foot cell tower erected in the back lot near an elementary school in Cincinnati.

Horvath Wins National Contract with Aircell
