Court Sides with T-Mobile in Cell Site Dispute The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of T-Mobile USA on July 20 and affirmed a District Court's order that the City of Anacortes, Wash., violated the Telecom Act of 1996 when it denied a permit. City Officials Order Sprint to Remove Cell Tower Like a houseguest that overstayed its welcome, Sprint has been shown the door by a zoning board in Cincinnati, according the Cincinnati Inquirer. Horvath Wins National Contract with Aircell
