February 2008  Giving You A Tech Edge! 425.941.4841

Greetings!

With the "Spring Forward" time change coming earlier this year (March 9th), we may be able to see the light at the end of this rainy, snowy tunnel sooner. The Easter decorations are up and swimsuits have been displayed. Hold on Seattlelites, winter is almost over...

Yours truly,

Patricia Wangsness

Thank you to all the great artists who joined us in displaying their artwork at our special open house last month. We had over 30 people each day and a great time was had by all!  It was a huge hit and we are already planning our 2nd one! We've even been asked to teach others how to do it.

Stay tuned!

WHAT DO THE RECENT STOCK MARKET FLUCTUATIONS MEAN FOR THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY?

So what does all this mean for the real estate market?  The first factor we all need to understand is that the recent news from Wall Street, while dire in tone, is nothing but a market correction.  Market corrections are necessary in order to move forward.  Ups always need downs to balance numbers out.  Downs, no matter how long they last, are usually followed again by ups.  It just takes time.
