The team from Puratos was here this week to host an outstanding show - Artisan Breads Made Simple; and boy was it a hit!

A flock of bakers and food service professionals arrived on Tuesday to learn about O-tentic; a unique bakery component which enables bakers to produce bread reminiscent of artisan tradition and taste. O-tentic is convenient and easy to use, leaving you with consistently outstanding bread bake after bake!

A Lesson Learned in Growing a Bakery Business

I must have been looking over his shoulder a little too closely – inspecting how well he had cleaned the 60-quart bowl for the bakery’s vertical mixer.  Gary turned around, glared at me, and in a voice strained with frustration, started jumping up and down, arms extended upward, yelling, "This job has no dignity!  This job has no dignity! This job has no dignity!" he said, over and over.
