Live Chat is now available on each information page of the website. Simply by clicking on the Live Chat icon will connect you immediately to my office. You can then begin a live chat text message to discuss your claim or issues and obtain information. If I am not available you can leave a text message for me. Live VideoIf you prefer you can now speak with me live, in real time, with full audio and video. Simply by clicking on the "oovoo" icon on the website "Contact Us" page will let you install a simple program on your computer that will enable live video conferencing. There is no cost to your for this service. You will need to microphone and speakers on your computer to use the live video to full capacity.
This webpage is a completely new and free service to you. This page is a public forum where you can submit your questions about general or specific issues regarding federal workers' compensation, veterans disability, social security disability and federal medical disability retirement. As this is a public forum I and others will be freely able to discuss these issues and offers solutions and answers for everyone to review and learn.
As you click on the various website information pages, you will also be provided the opportunity to click on a secondary page that will take you directly to the federal agency website. For example; if you are reviewing my webpage on social security, you can also proceed directly from there to the official government website for the Social Security Administration.This saves you time and effort trying to find where the official federal agency websites are located on the internet.
If you are interested in having a non-representative consultation review of your claim file, you can now do so directly from the website. To do so, click on the Contact Us webpage and you can then click on the secondary page to Request File Review. That page will instruct you on how to install the simply "oovoo" program that will allow you to send or receive your scanned document files up to 20Mb capacity.
Future plans will include the addition of a "forms" and document page which will allow access to specific federal agency and other common forms and documents for use in your claim.
