Benchmade Expands Customer Service Staff to Keep Pace with Growth

January 6, 2009, OREGON CITY, Ore. - Benchmade Knife Company has hired Nolan Kidwell, Jenn Guthu, and Monty Herron as customer service representatives. They will be responsible for answering customer calls and questions, facilitating orders for dealers and customers, invoicing, processing credit memos, and supporting sales rep groups.

"Nolan, Jenn, and Monty bring to Benchmade years of experience in meeting and exceeding customer expectations" noted Benchmade Customer Service manager Kathy Delaplain. "They will further strengthen our commitment to serving our customers with quality and excellence."

Nolan Kidwell

Mr. Kidwell is a long time Benchmade fan, with more than eighteen years in retail experience. At his previous position at Citi Financial he was a Senior Branch Account Executive. He attended Clackamas Community College and majored in Journalism.

Jenn Guthu

Ms. Guthu previously performed telemarketing for Executive Maintenance. She also was a Customer Service Manager at Wal-Mart.

Monty Herron

Mr. Herron has an extensive background in Customer Service, previously working with Voicestream Wireless and T-Mobile USA.
