CUE Partners with EdTrust Researchers at CUE and Washington, D.C.-based The Education Trust are collaborating on a project to share the CUE Equity Model with higher education institutions participating in the National Association of System Heads' Access to Success (A2S) initiative. The initiative aims to boost college completion and close racial and socioeconomic gaps in enrollment and graduation. Twenty-four public university systems form the initiative. Benchmarking Report on Latinos in STEM Released
The report "Benchmarking the Success of Latina and Latino Students in STEM to Achieve National Graduation Goals" is based on CUE's three-year study of Latina and Latino students in STEM, funded by the National Science Foundation. Click here to download a PDF version of the report.

| CUE Will Host Art Exhibit/Open House
On Feb. 16th, we will host "Cerca de la Cerca - Near the Border Fence," an exhibit by artist María Teresa Fernández that was installed at the USC Center for Urban Education at the Rossier School of Education last month. Equity Scorecard Focus of Trusteeship Column
CUE's Equity Scorecard was the focus of a recent column in the Association of Govering Board's magazine Trusteeship. The piece was written by Kevin P. Reilly, the president of the University of Wisconsin System. He discussed how the Center's Equity Scorecard is helping the university system measure and report on their progress and also how they are keeping diversity at the forefront of leadership decisions and public discourse.
