EVER) and ToNick (who have just launched a new CD), we will also have new bands Space Edge and Kisses from My Grandpa making
this THE show you must see in June! Btw, we have no way of knowing whom Zane may randomly jam with on his saxophone, so would recommend you come at 9pm to secure your spot.

Interview with Moja (Japan)
Contributing their own brand of LOUD, energetic, semi-crazed
hyper-music to last month's Music Matters Live for one day only was Moja - a bass and drum
duo from Japan, whose live performances "rip up your brain and hand it to you",
as I'm told. However, when we first met them at before their soundcheck at LKF
Beer Bar, they looked more like tentative bystanders to a spectacle, rather than
the spectacle itself.

Girls on the Road #1
A showcase featuring 4 great indie female musicians - Heather Lowe, Reign Lee, Jade & the Stagger Swallow, Tyger Feb
Girls on the Road is a project which mainly aim to create a platform for promoting female musicians, writers and artists. And for the first year of this project, we would like to rise up an social issue of domestic violence against women.
This showcase is a start of the project, we will be doing some more other projects after this which include a lo-fi Grrl Magazine with some great women's writing from China, Philippine, Canada, Britain... and maybe a combination CD of girl bands in Asia.
Girls on The Road 起程吧! 女孩!
是一個結合了不同地方的音樂人，作家，藝術家的項目，其中包括了一系列的音樂會，以及一些文字創作，我們希望能夠透過這個項目為不同的女性藝術家提供一個更廣闊和開放的平台，從而宣傳多一些有關女性的創作，更希望可以喚醒群眾對一些針對女性的社會話題，例如家庭暴力，強姦等，有更多的了解。我們歡迎任何性別的人士加入，不論是男是女或是第三性。
