Dear Friends,

 

Praise God we all made it safe and sound and are doing well.  We do have a house but need time to clean and furnish it before moving in. 

 

I am writing to ask if you would pray especially for Mike and Jonathan this week.  They left this morning (Mon) to go back to the border to retrieve the second load of boxes as well as help a new missionary enter the country and get the necessary visas and permits. This is a 1,600 mile round trip.

 

Mike told me last night he is still very tired from the previous trip- which ended up lasting seven days- and that he is only able to do this in the strength and help of the Lord, as his own is lacking.

 

He and I are fasting lunch each day this week as we seek God for strength, protection, and traveling mercies. (note: the US State Deptīs travel alert for the US/Mexican border remains in effect).  We also continue to believe for his complete healing of epilepsy.

 

Also, I will be shopping around for furniture and appliances these next days and am praying that God leads me to the right places with good prices, as I have very little idea where to shop in this new city.
