A Psychic Perspective  by,  MaryKay Winterstein

Mirror mirror on the wall, who irritates you most of all?  What if I told you that you could live your life and never be irritated by people again!  Sound too good to be true?  Well it's not if you do your mirror work.  What do I mean by mirror work?  I mean take a good look at the people in your life who irritate you the most and realize there is a very good chance you are guilty of the same behavior.  The thing that bothers you the most about another person is really just a reflection of yourself.  Otherwise, you wouldn't be irritated by their behavior.

I know the thought of this may be too much to bear.  It is a hard pill to swallow.   The thought that you may be like your mother-in-law, sister, father or friend and that aspect of theirs that drives you crazy.  I am sure you are thinking, "No way I could be like that because I absolutely hate that about them."   That is the beauty of the irritation.  It is the indicator and opportunity to take a look at yourself in the mirror and see if you are guilty of the same.

Mirrors are all about evolving yourself through observing the reflections from other people.  Gary Zukav says, "Others are only mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself."  Looking in the mirror is an empowering process and the opportunity to change that reflection that irritates us most.  The gift of the process is that once you look in the mirror and make the change within yourself; you will no longer be affected by that reflection from others.  This is one of the best gifts you can give yourself.

Mirror mirror on the wall, life is great when others don't irritate you at all!  If you want to know more about mirrors, check out the Shadow Workshop this month at Karma.
