| Fun DiSC Exercise |

Looking for a fun exercise to make your DiSC training come alive and you are an American Idol fan, then try out this exercise at your next DiSC training.
 After you have explained the four DiSC Styles, have them go to 4 sides of the room, by style.
Ask each group to come up with a team name, logo, and a jingle that they must sing to the group, based on their style. Tell them that the group (by applause vote) will pick the best jingle (or routine). The winning group gets a prize. Some suggestions for prizes might be DiSC Pens or DiSC Mugs or DiSC People Reading Cards. These prizes will also reinforce your DiSC training and enhance learning and retention and quick application on a daily basis. |
