FROM OUR OUTGOING PRESIDENT

Ellen Toplin

Dear Forum Members:

As I wind down my official work as president of The Forum, I would like to thank each of you for affording me the honor to serve this great organization. The Forum has a wonderful membership that elected a visionary, hard working and very productive board. Countless numbers of members contributed their time and energy to our committees and initiatives. And our consummate professional staff remained dedicated, as always, as they enabled us all to experience the value of our membership - as we leveraged the power of executive women to advance the impact and influence of women in leadership.

Because of each of you, we have accomplished much over the past two years of my presidency. We established a well-defined strategic plan that is moving us to new heights. Our membership has grown, and we have benefited from the ever increasingly diverse group of women leaders who have joined us. More and more of our members are engaged in our expanding number of affinity groups, small group dialogues and initiatives that cater to our specialized interests. From our CEO Chats to our Global Forum Women group and specific breakout sessions at our Leadership Symposium, Forum members are actively collaborating to expand our connections, influence and impact.

So, thank you Forum Women ... for a productive and exciting two years! I now look forward to working with our next team of leaders to continue our mission.

Ellen
