Reflections of Teo

"Scared, anxious, excited - not knowing what to expect at Teo. A life changing experience - possibly. Fears exposed and uncovered ... that's what I need. A new adventure into myself - what will I find there?Whatever I find is exactly what I need ... Airports, baggage check-in, security, passports, airplanes - things of the planet's dream. Pyramids, vendors, Mexican food, souvenirs - things of the tourist's dream. But I am not a tourist this time ... I am here to discover what can be and how to step into a new dream only I can create.New friends, new experiences, and a new ME. All of these things and more are created at Teo.  Teo is a magical place - a special place full of challenges and new experiences for me and my new friends. We share ourselves - things we've never spoken of are expressed through words and tears. We listen to each other. We love each other and ourselves. It takes courage to share thoughts so deeply hidden that we often deny them or ignore them. But sharing is taking place - every word, every story is important. A wonderful, amazing teacher guides us, challenges us, and shows us a way to dream a new dream. He loves and cares for each of us and for that we are grateful. Through rituals and stories and ceremonies we work our way through the serpent. As we dissolve our old beliefs and agreements, we awaken to a new understanding about ourselves and Life. After a steep climb to the top of the Pyramid of the Sun, we can finally release our old self and begin a new life with a new dream. 
How perfect it is! The new dream... greeted by butterflies at the top of the pyramid. Each one is free - just like us.I look at those butterflies and tears of happiness fill my eyes. Then a happy grin comes to my face - I know I am free!
This will be a time I never forget - beautiful friends, loving teachers, powerful experiences. Happy, happy, happy! Time to go our separate ways - back to the world we left a few short days ago. But now it is all different - looking through different eyes and different hearts. It's not the same world as before - and I'm happy about that. I don't want the same world as before and I know that only I can change my dream. I am awake and alive! I love you all, my fellow Teo travelers. Thank you for sharing yourself and this journey with me. And I love you, Allan - wonderful, caring teacher and friend. You are the perfect guide on this journey of life. I am forever grateful for your love, presence and wisdom. Every moment is PERFECT, and so am I." ___________________________
Teotihuacán is the Toltec pyramid complex north of Mexico City. It is a powerful environment for emotional healing and spiritual transformation. Despite rumors to the contrary, we will be returning to "Teo" at least one more time in 2010. Watch this newsletter and the the link below for dates as we arrange them.
