March 2012 Have you noticed that it is light outside at 5 PM?   We fulfilled our winter promise of providing 5,000 meals in NYC food pantries.  Please read about our experiences. We are starting to plan for outdoor fairs and festivals.  Brides are dreaming about summer weddings.  At Katchkie Farm the crop plan is set and tomato seeds are being readied in the greenhouse.  Our chefs are dreaming of fresh local veggies, dusting off the grill and writing mouth-watering menus.
