Baked Ham
and Cheese Filled Biscuits
2 C (8oz) shredded Swiss cheese 8 oz chopped cooked ham � C minced onion 2 T honey mustard 2 packages refrigerated biscuit
dough (12 oz) 1 T sesame seed 1 egg, beaten - Pre-heat oven to
375. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable spray. Mix together cheese,
ham, onions, and mustard
- Separate can of
dough into 10 biscuits. Separate each biscuit into 2 layers.
Press each layer into 3 � "circle.
- Place 1 T of cheese
mixture on each round. Wrap dough around cheese mixture and pinch
edges to seal. Repeat with second can of dough and remaining cheese
mixture. Brush biscuits with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for approximately 15-20 min. until golden brown. Makes 40
filled biscuits.
