FIRN is requesting immediate assistance for a client from Mexico to get a root canal. 

FIRN's client is a woman from Mexico who is married with 3 children and lives in Columbia. She is uninsured and does not qualify for medical assistance, and she needs a root canal. The dentist will give her a 10% discount which reduces the original price of $1,195 to $1,076. The full amount has to be paid the day of the appointment. She has still not made the appointment because she cannot pay the amount and her husband is currently out of work. She is a homemaker, so she does not have any income. She has been in constant pain and suffering for over a month now and the medication does little to help her discomfort. She has been having problems eating and is mostly drinking to avoid more pain. FIRN is requesting $1,000 for a root canal for her. She can pay the remaining $76 to get the treatment that she so desperately needs.
