WGC Donors and Friends,
On Monday, March 19 we had an amazing crowd of 150+ at our 10th Annual Meeting & Celebration of the Women's Giving Circle.
As we celebrate women's history month, we also celebrated a Decade of Accomplishments - and the impact we are having on the community through our various efforts. We looked back, and looked forward and viewed our spectacular new video that captures the history, vision, impact and future opportunity of the WGC.
As Jean Moon, one of our founding donors said at the event, "What we discovered of course, is that our legacy is not only the money we bequeath, but the example we leave behind."
And, we are counting on your continued support so we can continue our impact, now that we've reached 10 years, 1,000 donors, $1 million dollars, and 1 voice.

Our thanks go to those who helped make this year's Annual Meeting a success, including our Chair Caroline Sherman, Event Chair Kathy Barnett, our Annual Meeting Committee, sponsors, Pixel Workshop for making our video, in-kind donors, current and former WGC Advisory Board members, professional staff, volunteers, raffle ticket buyers, attendees, live Twitter pros, the Howard County Conservancy, Hammond High Symphonic Band and Orchestra and all those who joined us on Monday. Special thanks to County Executive Ken Ulman who joined us and read a Proclamation declaring March 19 as WGC Day, Senator Barbara Mikulski who provided a wonderful letter celebrating the WGC, and the many elected officials who joined us.
