It's the holiday season and giving is a central theme of whatever holiday you celebrate.
The WGC Advisory Board wants to thank you - our donors - for giving of your time, your talent, and your resources to assist women and girls in our county.
This holiday season and throughout the year in our community, many mothers and children live on the brink of destitution, and some have no place to call home.
In our community ...
In our community, women philanthropists are making a difference and you can too!
The WGC funds emergency grants to local nonprofits and operates The Response Network for the most immediate of needs.
And, the Women's Giving Circle is in need of your continued support today.
If you have not yet become a donor to the WGC, please invest in women and girls in Howard County, and consider making a five-year pledge to the WGC. If you have already made a pledge, and are leveraging your dollars with those of over 500 other women, please consider increasing your pledge today. Looking to sponsor a WGC event in 2008? Check out our new sponsorship package. And, we have a lot of additional ways that you can get involved. Lastly, check out our 2008 Calendar of Events for a number of interesting WGC sponsored programs starting in January.
Thank you for your interest in helping women and girls in Howard County - Happy Holidays!
