Greetings!

It's time again to set New Year's resolutions.

So I resolve to put out an e-newsletter at least every two months. This plan usually works well, as do most resolutions, for the first few months or so and then by summer it is a distant memory. As of this moment on January 26th, 2007...that is my resolution. Now if I falter, I 'm sure I will have about 100 e-mails reminding me.

Good luck with all of your resolutions. I hope you enjoy the newsletter and like the new layout.

Have a wonderful, safe, happy, and healthy New Year!

Escape with Us in 2007!

Walls, Wrecks, Family Trips and More!
Fiji

Whether you are looking for high adventure or calm and relaxing, historical wrecks or breath-taking walls, Our 2007 Group Travel Schedule has something for everyone.

Our family trip was so popular last year, we scheduled two this year. The first is to Curacao, an island in the Netherland Antillies near Aruba and Bonaire. Complete with a Seaquarium, kids programs, and shore diving, Curacao is the perfect escape for the whole family! Then over the Fourth of July holiday, travel to the Mayan Riviera. Here divers can dive and vacationers can explore Mayan ruins or relax by the pool. The grand finale...the whole family can spend the last few days snorkeling together with Whale Sharks. That's what you call a priceless moment!

Trouble Equalizing?

Come meet the local ear doctor that specializes in problems related to diving
February 1st @7 PM

Ear Diagram

The most common medical issue for new divers and experienced divers alike is difficulty with equalization. Many divers have difficultly equalizing on descent, crackling or squeaking on ascent, or a full feeling after the dive.

Meet Jeffery Finkelstein, MD a local ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat Doctor) who specializes in diving related ear and sinus issues. Dr. Finkelstein will lead a question and answer session that will demystify equalization and other ear related diving issues.

Seating is limited. Please RSVP by Wednesday, January 31, 2007.

The Awashima Marine Park in Shizuoka, south of Tokyo, was alerted by a fisherman at a nearby port on Sunday that he had spotted an odd-looking eel- like creature with a mouthful of needle-sharp teeth.
