Pet of the Month: Dozer

Dozer is a Beabull - a cross between an English Bulldog and a Beagle. He was a great subject because he reminded me of my first dog, Gomez. I have to admit I also selected Dozer as the Pet of the Month because his owner gave me complete free reign on the painting. This is any artist's dream.

A Note from David

Pet Picasso started after I adopted Karma, an adorable 6 month old, 20 pound Chihuahua Mix. 8 months later Karma gained 20 pounds and looked a lot more like an American Dingo. That's Karma to the left.

I love capturing the spirit and soul of our furry friends
