TCAE were very excited to branch off and go on their VERY FIRST solo ministry tour!! As is always the case, the group did not rehearse together until meeting together at Nashville Citadel on Thursday morning, Oct. 20th!! They had a lot to prepare for in less then 24 hours, and they once again rose to the occasion!!
Gwynn and Rick Potter (KT DCAD, and DMD) did a fine job of hosting us along with Captains Patrick and Carey Richmond (Nashville Citadel corps officers). Our schedule was jam packed, and full of fun and spirit filled ministry the whole way!!
Friday, TCAE travelled out to Camp Paradise Valley to lead Creative Arts Workshops, and lead the joint devotions. Saturday they continued workshops, then travelled back to Nashville Citadel to perform Masterpiece ( a 60 minute choreodrama), for the surrounding corps.
Sunday the TCAE presented a call to worship in the form of a jazz dance to "Bless Your Name".
This marked the end of the TCAE 2011 season! I am so blessed to have been able to work with such a fine group of Salvationist artists! Never once was there a complaint of a sore muscle, a groan of frustration, or any other "drama" - what a humble ministry this group has, and the Lord truly blesses their contribution to Worship!
I look forward to TCAE 2012 and all of what God has in store!!!
Praise Him!
