Dear NCCCR members,
Next week, we will be sending out a link to our annual member survey. This is one chance for you to have a say in the kinds of courses we offer and the kinds of services we provide. It is also one way for you to let us know where we are doing a good job or to offer suggestions for things we might do differently. In the survey we collect information about the demographics of our membership so that we can begin to spot trends in our average age or whether or not people continue to work in retirement. We have worked hard to make the survey as concise as possible and hope to have a high rate of response. It should take only 10-15 minutes to complete, even if you have a great deal to say. Many thanks to Steve Schleifer and the members of the Research Committee and all the members of staff and the Center Steering Council who have had a hand in crafting our questions.
Surveys allow us to collect information from a large number of our members, but any time you have a question, comment, or concern, I am more than happy to hear from you. Feel free to give me a phone call (828-251-6188) or send me an e-mail (cfrank@unca.edu). NCCCR will be most successful when we listen to one another and all take responsibility for our success.
Have a great week enjoying all that Asheville and the NC Center for Creative Retirement offer.
Catherine Frank
Executive Director
