New Ultra-compact Motorized Cylinders
RCD Cylinders with a 12mm Cross-section
New Ultra-Compact Motorized Cylinder with 12mm Cross-Section and a body length as short as 60mm. Its high-speed performance with maximum acceleration/deceleration of 1 G and maximum speed of 300 mm/s is highly effective in reducing cycle time in a variety of systems.
The Mini Cylinder RCD easily achieves 3-point positioning and acceleration/deceleration rate adjustments, which are difficult to achieve using air cylinders. Push-motion operation similar to that available with air cylinders is also possible, and the force exerted during a push-motion operation is adjustable.
The Mini Cylinder RCD is small enough to replace compact air cylinders used for short-stroke travel, pressing, hoisting and positioning.

Modular Conveyor Ideal for Cleanroom Environments
Dorner 2200 Series receives cleanroom certification
Dorner's 2200 Series low profile belt conveyor platform has received the Ultraclean Products Approval Laboratory certification for use in ISO Standard 14664-1 Class 5, and Federal Standard 209 Class 100 rated cleanrooms. This means that 2200 Series conveyors using Dorner's urethane belt types will not contribute to the contamination of cleanrooms conforming to those standards.
The 2200 Series is a modular conveyor platform that's ideally suited to operate in cleanroom environments. Flexibility is often a requirement for cleanroom equipment; the 2200 Series' low 1.87" profile allows it to fit in extremely tight places, giving customers flexibility to adjust to changing cleanroom applications including aerospace, pharmaceuticals, food and healthcare.
Widths between 2" and 24" - Lengths between 2' and 30'
- Loads up to 120 pounds
- Optional gang or common drive
