Greetings!

Many of my clients are going through challenges in their life that cause them to lose confidence in themselves.  They wonder why they were able to make better decisions earlier in their life, but they are unable to do so now. Whether my clients are going through a divorce or getting married or struggling with some major change, self-esteem building is incorporated into these sessions.  Read below about my approach to helping people build self-confidence.

Please forward this to someone you know who may benefit from its content.

Sincerely,

Service Spotlight: Self-Esteem Building

Everyone has a set of strengths that they develop in themselves over time.  Many people have never taken the time to analyze those strengths and how to best use them to make life better.  I help individuals do just that.  Having an outside party bring this information to light, for many, makes it more believable.  Here is this person who does not know me, but has a desire to know me, who wants to help me find the good in myself.  I give my clients a sense of purpose and confidence just by wanting to understand them.

I assist my clients in looking at their inner core and helping them to define it.  Once it is defined, we can then identify all the outside factors that influence that inner core and possibly cause it to change for the positive and for the negative.  Sorting out which influences cause that inner core to weaken, such as certain people or situations, can increase awareness of who or what you need to consider changing in life.

It is always your choice of what you want to change.  My collaborative approach to therapy allows me to work with you to discover the viable options for that change.  Sometimes it is simply your attitude that you need to change.  For example, are you the alcoholic who believes that just because it is a part of your past that it needs to be a part of your future or are you the alcoholic that believes that because it is a part of your past that you will fight with everything you have to not make it a part of your future?  That choice belongs to you.

So if you or someone you know wants to discover their inner core and how to make it better or wants to build up their self-esteem, contact me and let's get to work.  Because.....you are worth the effort.

Stay well......
