Happy August! We hope that you are having a fantastic summer, we are enjoying very much dancing with you! see below for some exciting news for you for this last month of the summer.

  • Take advantage of the last part of our Summer Renewal Package! during August:

 4 classes to be taken in August for $49 +HST Buy online

  • Long Weekend Classes.
    • Saturday - Tomorrow Heather will be having a Caribanna Zumba class at 10am.
    • Sunday - Zumba in the circuit with Isalba at 10:30am
    • Monday - Ultimate Workout with Isalba at 10:30am. Ultimate workout: This class has everything! Zumba, Boot Camp, Gliding Discs, Tabata, Brazilian Butt, and Abs. You will definitely burn tons of calories and feel great!
  • We are now offering out 8:15pm classes at a reduced introductory price $9+HST. These classes are confirmed 24hrs before the class takes place as we need a minimum number of participants. Check your email before coming to class in case it gets cancelled.
  • Fall Class Schedule. September is like new year! many of you that are on vacations come back, we are planning to add more classes to be confirmed based on your interest, please take a look here and send us an email if you are interested. As soon as we get minimum number of participants, we will confirm them!
