This special class blends body-sculpting techniques and Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class.
For Zumba Toning, we use light weights while we dance during the whole class to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all target zones.
The second half of the class consists of Brazilian Butt: we work on lifting and toning your butt! Brazilian women are famous for their gorgeous bodies, but you don't have to go to Rio to get a beautiful butt. Izzy brings you sculpting secrets to shift your rear into high gear.
