She lost 30 pounds after her first pregnancy - and she can't wait to help you reaching your own fitness goals!
She will conducting Group Personal Trainings Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as Zumba Boot Camp on Tuesdays.

We are enjoying very much our Zumba classes on Tue and Thurs at 6pm in our Bloor & Jarvis location. We have a huge gym with showers available, and the energy of +50 people in class is incredible.
