Greetings!

 

We hope that you had a lovely summer!

 

We are very excited to start a new season today, with new locations, new classes, new programs, new great instructors, and new website!

 

Please see below for details of what we have in store for you this fall.

 

We can't wait to continue dancing with you during the last quarter of 2011. We want you to finish this year healthier and stronger - and maybe take a second wind to accomplish your 2011 resolutions? :-)

 

Featured Fall Programs 

Turbo Kick and
Hip Hop Hustle
Special class to show you 2 new classes:

TURBO KICK: A mix of kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move!

HIP HOP HUSTLE: This class blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow!

Group Personal Training
Are you ready to get seriously fit? This intense training program will get you in your best shape! It combines the best aspects of personal training with the benefits of group classes.

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm starting on Sept 13th

Saturdays at 9am starting on Sep 10th

Zumba Toning 
This specialty Zumba session use light weights while we dance during the full class to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.

Stiletto Dance Sexy
Grab your high heels... Feel the dance... feel sexy... and have a lot of fun! Dedicate an afternoon to yourself and your girlfriends learning to dance like in the music videos with top Toronto Sensual dance choreographer Olga Korsak.

Pilates Body Toning class
Based on athletic muscle training and Pilates, Victoria will sculpt and strengthen your entire body with an emphasis on abs, core, hips, and thighs This is a low intensity and muscle fatiguing workout.

Sundays at 12pm starting on Sep 11th
Meet Arianna!
Arianna
Arianna is a seasoned Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, Sports Nutrition, Pre and Post-Natal Specialist & Weight loss after pregnancy, Fitness for Women and Fitness competitor.  In addition to a certified Fitness and Zumba instructor.

She lost 30 pounds after her first pregnancy - and she can't wait to help you reaching your own fitness goals!

She will conducting Group Personal Trainings Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as Zumba Boot Camp on Tuesdays.
St. Paul Bloor Location
We are enjoying very much our Zumba classes on Tue and Thurs at 6pm in our Bloor & Jarvis location.

We have a huge gym with showers available, and the energy of +50 people in class is incredible.

If you haven't attend a class there, make sure that you check it out sometime!

The rest of our classes are taking place in our Yorkville studio at Scollard.

One on one Personal Training
After a summer break, Isalba will be taking a limited number of clients that are looking to make drastics changes in their physique for one on one personal training.

With a personalized training program and meal plan, she will push you to your max effort!
